We offer conventional loans to be applied to investment properties or owner-occupied properties, including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Loans may be used for acquisition or refinancing. Rates and terms are:
- Rates starting from 3.00%
- Up to 80% LTV ratio
- 10-year terms
- 30-year amortization
1st Eagle Mortgage, Inc. Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities loans range from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000. Terms are similar to those of our conventional loans, but borrowers have the ability to back out. Eligible properties include flagged hotels, shopping centers, and office, industrial, or multifamily properties.
Our construction loans range from $10,000,000 to over $100,000,000, provided the sponsors or principles behind the deal have worked with equity before. We can sometimes make this financing permanent.
